MIE KUAH SUSU

Bahan: 

1. Mie rebus. Gue sih pake Indomie rasa Ayam Bawang. 

2. Susu full-cream yang putih. Inget ya, full-cream. Karena susu full-cream itu nggak terlalu manis dan rasanya gurih. Jangan yang kental manis kalo nggak mau enek duluan. Tapi sih, boleh-boleh aja kalo perut lu terbuat dari karet. Gue pake susu Ultra Milk full-cream yang bungkusnya warna biru muda itu. Susu bubuk? Bisa. 

3. Bahan pelengkap kayak keju, daging, telur (masaknya dipisah), dll. Gue sih polos aja.

Peralatan:

1. Panci.

2. Kompor.

3. Api (ya iyalah!).

Cara membuat:

1. Seperti biasa, buka bungkus indomie dan tuang bumbunya ke mangkok. Kecuali yang bumbu minyaknya, ya. Soalnya bikin enek. Jadi, pake yang bumbu biasa dan cabenya aja. Kalo pake keju, bumbu dan cabenya dimasukin 3/4 aja. Kalo dimasukin semua, nanti keasinan. Tapi, semuanya balik lagi ke selera. Gue bikin nggak pake keju, makanya gue masukin semua.

2. Nyalain kompor pake api, jangan pake air. Kita mau masak, bukan nyirem tanaman. Panasin air di dalam panci sampe mendidih. Terus, masukin indomienya. 

3. Aduk-aduk dulu sebentar. Kira-kira satu menitan, air rebusannya dibuang. Kalo udah, masukin deh susu full-cream yang tadi. Aduk-aduk lagi. Apinya jangan gede-gede. Nah, kalo gue, sejak awal langsung pake susu full-cream yang udah disiapin. Jadi nggak repot-repot lagi buang-buang air rebusan. Buat yang pake susu bubuk, susu bubuknya dicampur sama air. Dikira-kira aja. Sesuai selera.

4. Masukin bahan pelengkap sesuai selera.

5. Kalo udah mateng, langsung sajiin deh di mangkok. Aduk-aduk sampe rata.
